The Komondor, or Hungarian Shepherd, is the national pride of Hungary.
Since ancient times, Komondors have helped people guard livestock and poultry. A Komondor's coat weighs over seven kilograms and consists of approximately 2,000 cords. Thanks to their appearance, Komondors are excellent camouflage among flocks of sheep, practically blending in. Komondors are among the largest dogs in the world, reaching 65-70 cm in height.
